In the event market, professionalism can be expressed in many things: fresh solutions, a strong team, open-mindedness, understanding of the customers' wishes and objectives, adherence to the budget and so on. But all these qualities cannot be considered if the work of the agency is not transparent, because then it is not clear what the values of the company are, and which values it just declares. For the AMM Group agency, we conducted a market analysis, formulated positioning and developed a corporate identity based on it. The analysis of the events market revealed several difficulties faced by consumers: lack of communication about problems that arise during project preparation; distortion of estimates or hidden fees as well as a lack of details in the concept.
Consumers in the event market were worried that during the implementation of projects they could not be in charge: they did not know what was happening during the preparation of the event, and could evaluate the result of the agency’s work only on the day of its holding. This insight became the basis for positioning the company: an agency in which all work processes are transparent. For clients, this stands for calmness and the company’s willingness to be responsible for the work process, for the outcome, and even for possible mistakes. That’s why we came up with the proposed visual solution with a variety of transparent materials for the style carriers: a modern minimalistic layout and a colour palette that enhances the confident and reliable character of the brand.
