In the event market, professionalism can be expressed in many things: fresh solutions, a strong team, open-mindedness, understanding of the customers' wishes and objectives, adherence to the budget and so on. But all these qualities cannot be considered if the work of the agency is not transparent, because then it is not clear what the values of the company are, and which values it just declares. For the AMM Group agency, we conducted a market analysis, formulated positioning and developed a corporate identity based on it. The analysis of the events market revealed several difficulties faced by consumers: lack of communication about problems that arise during project preparation; distortion of estimates or hidden fees as well as a lack of details in the concept.
